Frequently Asked Questions

  • In South Australia it is against the law to tattoo persons under the age of 18. Parental permission does not change this law.

    ID is checked for every client with no exceptions. Please bring photo ID with you on the day of your appointment.

  • Go to the booking enquiry section of the website, and fill in all the information required. Once submitted an artist from the studio will contact you within 48 hrs to book in a free 30 min consultation.

    Alternatively call the studio on 0416500474, or message our socials.

  • Each artist in the studio is different but the general rule is, if its something small it can be quoted on but larger pieces that may take multiple sessions will not be quoted over DM’s or email.

    We always recommend a free 30 min consultation where you can discuss this with the artist directly.

  • A minimum of $100 booking fee is payable for every appointment you are wanting to book, but please speak with your specific artist as this may vary.

    Please note booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancelling your appointment is absolutely fine and we understand that life happens.

    Please understand that your booking fee is non refundable but can be transferred to a later appointment if you have given the studio 5 working days notice.

    We only allow for one reschedule, any more than this will result in you losing your booking fee.

    Last minute cancellations make a big impact on small businesses, and the booking fees help cover the artists time lost.

  • When you book in an appointment at All Saints Tattoo Studio, you will recieve a confirmation email of your booking details and on this email is a list of instructions to follow before your tattoo date.

    We encourage you to contact us if you have not received this or have any specific questions regarding the instructions.

  • After you have had your tattoo, your artist will go through the aftercare with you verbally. After 24hrs of having your tattoo you will also receive an email with the aftercare on so you have a written copy.

    If you have any questions regarding the aftercare once you have received it, please contact the studio.

  • We like to minimise traffic in the studio as space is limited so where you can please attend your appointment alone, but this can be discussed prior to your appointment if you need assistance/support.

    Under no circumstances is anyone under the age of 18 permitted into the studio to sit and watch.

  • Yes we do. Each artist has there own gift vouchers that you can purchase from the reception desk.

    Please note that when you purchase a gift voucher it is not transferrable between artists.

  • This is a Cash only studio so please make sure you have the right amount with you before attending your appointment.
